It seems the people at The Warped Tour have decided to move the Seattle stop of the tour from a venue which it has occupied for over 10 years to a new venue.
A facebook group has been started to help bring attention to the fact that the new venue could be severely deficient from the original venue. We are asking you to join, to get your friends to join, to get your friends friends to join. The goal is to make our voices loud enough to get Warped to reconsider the new venue and ultimately, to make them go back to The Gorge.
The new venue is 1/4th of the size of the original venue, and no place but local hotels to stay. There is also a conflict with a major local event that is happening close to the area of the new venue that could cause severe congestion, traffic backups, and overall confusion for people trying to get to the venue. Not to mention without tour stops in Idaho and Montana, the Seattle stop at the old venue is the best and most central location to be able to attend the tour.
